The main floor of Nine Peaks Asheville is located at street level. This floor features no steps, making it handicap accessible. Open the front doors to enter an open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen with a vaulted ceiling and expansive mountain views. Relax in the living room, while enjoying the 65" smart TV, which features Direct TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow for cooking meals just as you would at home. The den off of the living room also has a smart TV and the ability to close the doors to create a quiet space to relax in or use as an office space. Two full bathrooms are on this level, one off of the main bedroom and one in the hallway outside of the second bedroom. The two bedrooms feature premium King size beds and access to the expansive back porch. The porch contains two covered areas, with furniture so you can dine outside while enjoying the beauty and sounds of nature. If you need a little more excitement, the garage game room, located on the main floor, contains a ping pong table and foosball table. Water Source - A 607’ well provides water for the house. Shower heads will provide a 1.2 gallon per minute flow. Excessive water usage and water leaks not reported could run the well dry. Please notify owner of any problems.

Septic System - Personal hygiene products need to be disposed of in the trash, not flushed down the toilet, due to potential clogging of the septic system.

Potential for Winter Weather - Due to the location, 4 wheel or all wheel drive is recommended in snowy conditions.

Recommended for 10+ - The porches are elevated from the ground. To avoid potential falls, it is recommended that only children 10 and up stay at this property.
